Jay Johnson

Chief Executive Officer

Jay has been with Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates since April 1, 2000. He serves the practice as Chief Executive Officer. His primary job responsibilities include financial management and administrative operations. In addition, Jay serves as HIPAA Compliance Officer.

Jay is a member of the local, state and national chapters of the Medical Group Management Association. During 2003, Jay served the Montgomery Chapter as President. In addition, he is a member of the American College of Medical Practice Executives and is a charter member of the JAWS Society, a national organization for oral and maxillofacial surgery practice administrators.

Jay is a 1991 graduate of Troy University. He and his wife, Christy, are the proud parents of three children, Caroline, Elizabeth, and Michael. They are members of Frazer United Methodist Church.

Beth Rhegness:

Office Manager

Beth joined Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in November, 2007 after a successful twenty – six year career in the banking industry.

As Office Manager, Beth’s primary job responsibilities include human resources management, facilities management, quality assurance, and providing assistance to the CEO.

Professionally, she is a member of the state and local chapters of the Medical Group Management Association as well as the National Society of Human Resources Management, where she attained lifetime SPHR certification.

Beth and her husband Bill reside in Wetumpka and attend First Baptist Church. In addition, Beth enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Dinah Burrows

Administrative Manager

Dinah has been with Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates since 1987 and serves as our Administrative Manager. Her job responsibilities include training and supervising members of the administrative staff, overseeing patient accounts, as well as maintaining current guidelines for third-party reimbursement. Dinah is also responsible for maintaining current records for doctor credentialing and plays a chief role in medical records review. Dinah has a wealth of experience and has proven to be invaluable to our practice over the last 24 years.

Dinah is married to Retired Air Force Colonel Pete Burrows. Dinah enjoys snow-skiing and spending time with her granddaughter, Amy.
