Melissa: I'm Melissa Hill and I work for Dr. Ingalls, I'm an administrative assistant. For the initial consultation, patients need to bring a drivers license, their insurance card, health and dental, a medication list and any updated information. For anybody under the age of 19, they need to make sure that they have a parent or a legal guardian present with them for the surgery and the initial consultation. The doctors will do an x-ray, a panoramic x-ray and they'll go over any medication lists and what they'll do for day of surgery. Patients need to make sure that they don't have anything to eat or drink six hours prior. We like to tell patients not to eat or drink anything after midnight. They also need to make sure that they have someone with them to take them home and they need to stay here the whole time during surgery. I love meeting new patients, everybody's different, you get to meet a new person every single day and develop a rapport with them and create relationships and just talking to somebody new everyday, it's comforting, it's fun, you get to see and meet a lot of people.

I wish to thank publically Dr. Ingalls and his staff for "going the extra mile" and not only providing great dental care but also helping a fellow human being out of compassion and caring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you did for my family member.
