Mark Platt - Chief Executive Officer
Mark joined Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates (OMSA) January 2013 and serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. His primary job responsibilities include financial management and administrative operations. In addition, Mark will serve as the HIPAA Compliance Officer.
Mark is Registered Nurse with over thirty years of experience in business development, practice management and critical care. Prior to joining OMSA he served as the Chief Operating Officer for a local emergency room physician group. Mark has a passion to serve, a commitment to integrity, and a desire for “Sacred Work”.
Mark earned his Nursing degree from Troy University in Montgomery in 1981. He and his wife Cindy are members of Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church where Mark has been actively involved in teaching and missions.
Dinah Burrows - Administrative Manager
Dinah has been with Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates since 1987 and serves as our Administrative Manager. Her job responsibilities include training and supervising members of the administrative staff, overseeing patient accounts, as well as maintaining current guidelines for third-party reimbursement. Dinah is also responsible for maintaining current records for doctor credentialing and plays a chief role in medical records review. Dinah has a wealth of experience and has proven to be invaluable to our practice over the last 24 years.
Dinah is married to Retired Air Force Colonel Pete Burrows. Dinah enjoys snow-skiing and spending time with her granddaughter, Amy.
Kristy Blackwell - CPR / Infection Control Instructor
Kristy has been with Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates since April, 2006. She was a Registered Dental Hygienist for 10 years before joining our team as the “CPR Lady”.
She travels throughout south central Alabama visiting dental offices and teaching courses. Kristy resides in Montgomery and has two children. She is involved with dog therapy and enjoys visiting nursing homes, hospitals and rehabilitation centers with her two certified therapy dogs.
I wish to thank publically Dr. Ingalls and his staff for "going the extra mile" and not only providing great dental care but also helping a fellow human being out of compassion and caring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you did for my family member.Rodney H.
